Chiropractic Adjustments $60.00
New patient exam is $30 added to the regular cost of the visit.
Senior discount (age 65 and above) rate is $45.00 per adjustment.
Children under 18 get adjusted for $38.00. Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult.
Therapies like Ultra Sound or TENS are $35.00
Cold Laser Therapy $30.00 per treatment
Pet adjustments are $25.00 per treatment
Electric Ear Acupuncture (no needles) to balance meridians is $40.00
These are the discounted prices for those who pay at time of service and do not require special documentation and paper work. If this office is required to do special documentation or paper work the discount is not applicable and additional charges will be assessed.
Copies of records – first copy at time of service – free – otherwise $5.00 first 10 pages and .50 each additional page.
Yes we do file insurance when applicable.
We do not file Medicare or Medicaid.
